Dread Raven mount not showing up

I have recently purchased the warlord of draenor digital deluxe items and the dread raven mount has not shown up. Every time I log in, my mount tab is flashing prompting me that I have an unopened mount but when I go into the mount tab it is not there. However I did receive the battle pet.

I have also recently purchased Battle for Azeroth expansion and still I do not have the mount.

What am I doing wrong?

I suggest doing a UI reset.

How do I do that?

I also bought one of the gronnling/grom mounts in the AH and that didn’t show up either even though I was able to buy it ingame and add it to my collection

Logged on phone and it decided to switch characters

rename the WTF and interface folders in the _retail_ folder.

I’ve followed the steps from the blizzard website to reset my UI.
I’ve changed the name of the Cache, Interface and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld and WTFOld

I restarted WoW like it suggested and still nothing

I’ve also tried the /run console command it suggested after I’ve enabled show hidden files and folders

I still don’t have a mount.

EDIT: I have finally solved the problem! :heart_eyes::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

It was stupid really, I didn’t have ‘‘world drop’’ and ‘‘promotion’’ mounts ticked in my collectables journal. After ticking them the dread raven and the coalfist gronnling mounts showed up :slight_smile:
