As the title says, I am formally requesting Dreadlord’s become a new race/class option.
How do they join the Horde or Alliance I hear you say?
Simple: Subterfuge.
Dreadlords are devious, cunning, highly intelligent creatures. They can also shapeshift, often taking on the form of an important figure within a society to bring them down from the inside, through manipulation and guile.
I’m imagining a shapeshift option. They can integrate into Horde or Alliance as it is only the player who knows they’re a Dreadlord. One of their traits is to shapeshift into whatever race they feel fit. I’m imagining a drop down ability, like a mage’s portal/teleport, with a selection of races to shapeshift into.
Come on Blizz - I’ve gotten the ball rolling, get brainstorming and make this happen.
I agree we need northrend mechanognomes, leper gnomes and while we are at it add some half elf gnome races there too and some half gnome half nerubians.
Whilst they’re cool, they’re part of the afterlife. Seeing them in the realm of the living wouldn’t make sense, as the Venthyr are souls that have achieved redemption.
The Nathrezim were “demonized” along with countless other races by the legion so that would mean you’d need the rest too as playable then. Dont see that happen any time…well…ever.
It is not the afterlife but between life and the afterlife, more like a preparation for the afterlife. So Venthyr makes a lot more sense than Sargeras’s evil pets. They may have to prove themselves in our world, maybe the shadowlands will fall apart, who knows which way the story will end. After all, some of the SL races have already visited our world.
