Friend and I have a pretty big issue for quite some time after we returned to daily grinding and leveling in the Burning Crusade Classic.
Dreadmist, realm we are on is as good as dead. We can’t even find 3 more people to do 30-50 level dungeons, even though we are a tank and a healer…
Realm is abandoned, no-one is still playing there and experience we have is forcing us to quit the game completely…
Can you do something about it? Merge us with another low population realms or offer free migrations to another, more populated places… I really hate it that there is noone playing there. Just check the neutral auction house on the server, there is not a single item listed there for days…
Can we do anything about this? I am sure other people on low player count realms are facing the same issue…
Hi there,
There is no answer to this question. Blizzard offers a service that force you to pay for a transfer.
Maybe when they’ll launch tbc final contents/wotlk we will see some merges or maybe not.
Personally i quit the game with 2 months of playing time remaining, don’t wanna transfer my 4 chars (100€) to another place only because they have to steal more money from their players.
Blizzard managed to destroy (from activision merge to now) every game i loved (Wow-Diablo - warcraft 3 etc.). The identity and the legacy they had is nothing more than a memory.
I hope you can have some good time with the game,
Regards,
Sadly I have the same problem. I am playing on Dreadmist Horde side too and no active players here. I wasted money to buy subpscription when there are no players left to continue progress where I left. It would take a lot of time to create new character on new server and rank up again. Even if I do who will guarantee me that players wont move to another realm or that another realm will be active?
Blizzard please merge our inactive servers ASAP or give us older players atleast one transfer for free since we are loyal!
Even some of the more popular realms are now showing medium on the realm page. I moved to Earthshaker from Dreadmist a few months back and it was very active and showed a high pop. You can definitely see less and less stuff going on now.
That’s too bad, half of the realms are dead and they are not doing anything to help the remaining paying customers out. This is just sad what Blizzard has become…
Play on high-full realm.
Otherwise this is Tbc Classic.
Funny isn’t it you can do tbc dungeons in timely matter in Shadowlands while doing quests queue up and go.
There are reason why people wanted Classic same reason why you can’t find people for dungeons.
We left for Gehenas with the entire guild, best decision we made imho. Sure it cost us money but at least now we can play the game as it is intended. Our first thought was to wait and see if blizz would do something about the lack of players on many servers but it’s blatently obvious they aren’t going to do anything about it. So we jumped the gun and left. No one was happy with the decission because we realy felt like bliz is realy falling short but at least now we can do hcs and raids
