Frost - Blizzard is now cast at your current target and follows its target.
- The Frozen Touch talent now instead adds a stacking buff on yourself which increases Frost Bolt damage by 10% and increases Frost Bolt chance to trigger Brain Freeze and Fingers of Frost by 30%. Limit 3.

Enhancement - Unrelenting Storms increases the damage of Crash Lightning by 100% when it hits a single target.
- Crash Lightning and Doom Winds now display the remaining length of their buff on the icon.
- Doom Winds damage increased by 1% for each Windfury attack while Doom Winds is active.
Druid
- Regrowth can now be cast in all shapeshift forms
- Fluid Form is now learnt automatically at level 20.
- Ursine Vigor is now a choice node to turn into Bear form when using Barkskin
- Moonfire can now be charged like an Evoker spell to be cast on all current targets.

Restoration - All healing spells can now be cast from Bear form and cancels Bear form.

- Consecration is now cast at your feet and follows you.
- Sanctified Plates makes your armour glow.
Holy - New talent: Shockadin. Schockadin makes Crusader Strike cast a ray of light on your target and makes Shield of the Righteous reflect the Holy Light from afar on your current target.
- Holy Schock reduces the cast time of your next Flash of Light or Holy Light by 0.5 seconds. Stacks up to 4. Casting Flash of Light or Holy Light uses all charges.
Protection - Avenger’s Shield now casts Shield of the Righteous.
- Avenger’s Shield no longer interrupts its main target.
- Grand Crusader makes your next Avenger’s Shield interrupt its target.
- Judgment reduces the cooldown of Avenger’s Shield by 1 second.
- Refining Fire damage reduced by 50%.
Warlock

Affliction - Drain Soul can now be cast while moving
- Vile Taint cooldown reduced to 15 seconds. Now has 2 charges. Now casts at your current target as a choice node. Does not cost a soul shard any more.
Destruction - Decimation makes your next Soul Fire instant.
- Channel Demonfire can now be cast while moving.
- Cataclysm is now learnt at level 20, is instant, cooldown reduced to 15 seconds, has 2 charges, and is a choice node to be cast at your current target. Damage reduced by 75%.
- Rain of Fire is now a choice node to be cast at your current target and to follow its target.
Demonology - All your summon demon spells are now instant.
- Demonic Calling now summons a third Dreadstalker instead of making the spell instant cast.
- Each Demonbolt cast reduces the cast time of your next Shadow Bolt by 0.5 seconds, consumed when Shadow Bolt is cast.
- Each Shadow Bol cast reduces the cast time of your next Hand of Guldan by 0.5 seconds, consumed when Hand of Guldan is cast.

- Renew healing increased by 1000%. Healing reduced by 10% for each affected target, up to a maximum of 90% reduction. Healing reduced by 50% in Shadow specialisation.
- Desperate Prayer cooldown reduced to 30 seconds and maximum health increased by 100%.
- Angelic Feather is no longer on the global cooldown.
Discipline - Entropic Rift, Collapsing Void and Voidwraith damage reduced by 50%.
- Flash Heal healing increased by 100%.
- Power Word: Shield effect increased by 100%.
- Penance healing increased by 50%.
- Luminous Barrier and Halo now apply Atonement on all affected targets.
- Smite casts reduce the cast time of Smite by 0.2 seconds for 2 seconds. Stack up to 5.
Holy - Burning Vehemence makes Holy Fire cast on all nearby targets.
Shadow - Mind Flay can now be cast while moving.
- Shadow Crash now has 2 charges, does not collide with the environment and follows its target.
Warrior
- New spell available at level 20: Charge Shout (Bloodlust).
- Bitter Immunity now available automatically at level 30. Now also removes bleeding and magic effects.
Protection - Execute and Revenge are no longer on the global cooldown.
- Execute now heals you for the dealt damage.
- Revenge now increases your chance to parry affected enemies by 20%.
