This is a feedback on the current beta build and 11.0.2 wow patch.
Feedback on the changes:

First of all the current gameplay for balance druid is really smooth now and healthy for next patches, I believe balance would be at least top 10 at raiding mythic and with the changes of 2 minutes it feels really good now to play a 2 minutes class. I am really grateful of how balance turned out now.

Class tree needs a lot of changes and tuning because it is really horrible, I just wanted to put that out since a lot of people have been talking about it and not really has been done. There are a lot of good suggestion on wowhead feedback that I really agree with, and hopefully that these changes are coming in place soon.

I remember the good old day of balance druid where incar and C/A was a big cd. I hope that there would be a buff to incar now since now balance feels like a sustain class and incar isnt doing that much. (perhaps like an increase in stat for example more crit, haste or a 10% increase spellpower like it did back then would be good). The reason for this change it that the nature and arcane ability do not gain any spell power amplifications since they are not astral.

Convoke the spirits buff would be really good and for example back in shadowlands where the soul bind gives a lot of mastery was a really good synergy with incar, and now with C/A being 2 minutes a mastery gaining buff from convoke like shadowlands would make the spell more playable in many scenarios. Adding a mastery increase buff to convoke would be a good idea to make balance more burst.
Talents points:

[Stellar Amplification] [Power of Goldrinn] [Umbral Inspiration] Those 3 talent points work somehow same each other, those 3 talents provide only a buff to either starsurge or starfall. These talent trees should be at least hybrid where they provide power in single target and AoE. As whenever there is a boss fight that has only 1 wave of AoE balance druid would not take this talent for only 1 wave in an entire boss fight and then have this point dead since it only works in AoE. Same could go likewise to starsurge.

[Force of Nature] [Warrior of Elune] I dont understand why those talent trees are not baseline like with the new hero talents since those talent choice node provide power in either hero talents. They should be automatically provided from the hero talent where if you go keeper of the grove you would get force of nature baseline and if you go elune’s chosen you would get warrior of elune. Remove this talent node and have it baseline with the hero talents and then replace the node with the right of it the talent point called [Light of the Sun] where the talent tree would not have an asmetrical design.

[Aetherial Kindling] is the talent tree where it is most effective in high mythic plus and council bosses. Where we as boomkin only have to minimize the use of our dots and more focus on our core ability such as our fillers and spenders. As this smoothes out the gameplay and removes the use of boring abilities and reapplying the dots again and again. This talent has been nerfed to 4>3 seconds as now on high mythic plus we require to apply dots. This makes the gameplay not as smooth and we have to keep reapply dots and we already have an issue with twinmoons targeting as it does only target people with no moonfire and does not reapply moonfire to the lowest moonfire duration target. I suggest that this talent should be back to 4 and it even should be buffed to 5 seconds as we boomies press more interactive abilities and its healthier for the class overall.
Personal opinion:
- Overall I really like this talent tree in the war within and I like the response from the developers where they respond to our feedback and how do we feel about the changes. I hope this continues for the balance druid and I support every change that happened in this expansion.
