I see some complain on eu of rsham so Im bit confused which class is it that has alot cc in DF. I only play 8 classes but I think youre onto something by having rogue here on the list and not something like rshaman. Gouge could be removed from other specs than outlaw same as many added cc in df could be made as choise nodes of pick one instead have all, the reason why they even had to go shorten cc and kick durations cause game is so bloated of everything now.
Nope. Just nope. Sounds pretty horrible. Might as well delete both classes then. This is such a bad take. Cyclone already has a pretty small range, if you get caught by it, you were out of position and deserve to be punished. Also, ik you dps players hate it since it doesnt’ make your pew pew numbers go up, but there’s a thing called a kick. Cyclone is actually kickable, crazy I know!
As for rogue, the only thing I agree on is Garrote needs some changes, but not necessarily the one you suggest. Maybe Garrote could have a 5 sec cd or something. Or 2 charges or something like that and then obviously resets on stealth/vanish so you can have some smooth gameplay there.
As long as feral is tied to cyclone the duration cannot change.
Clone needs to be properly handled and made instant cast but have CD.
Feral is at such disadvantage in arena for just being there that further nerfing it will simply delete the class from pvp. As for now- cylcone is the only thing that makes it viable and not even unique as it cant even bring something that another spec of druid cannot.
Im not saying feral is the only victim to dampening but ferals healing is so little without the dampening that going bear form loses purpose after 2nd minute alongw ith Matter Fur (100k absorb when you use barkskin or survival instincts).
along with their defensive being nothing of the immunity sort yet its 3 min cd with heart of the wild also being very long - 5 min cd.
And then itemization: ferals cant wear any of the legendaries, non of the boulion items work well on feral either. Feral itemization is so bad that most ferals play 2/5 set because it simply isnt worth losing versatility.
When a feral has to clone outside of the 5 min window of Heart Of The Wild - its a game of Chess, where having 1 charge of Wild Charge makes it difficult to connect right after where other classes have 2 + gap closers with mages having 3 gap openers.
So, i do sympatyze with the Cyclone issue but for it to be addressed - a proper feral rework has to be installed, with Cyclone working with the feral spec, not against it.
Also feral has too many counters and is the most killed spec in the game.
Dont have an issue with cyclone, though i do think R druid shouldnt have access to both stun and disorient giving them not one but two instant CCs they can use to then land said cyclone.
Rogues are definitly a problem. They should have high cc but there is no need for them to have kidney, cheap, garotte, gouge AND blind.
Imo either gouge should just be removed entirely, or garotte should no longer be a blanket silence and instead only silence if you interrupt with it. Ideally both but then I dont play rogue myself so obviously biased against those a**holes
