Fix Idol of the Heckler already please. For some people it doesn’t count any kills at all.

I didn’t get any procs outside of Thousand needles. Only in that zone i was able to do it. Try unequipping it and equipping it again and try it on Thousand needles mobs.
I have to try to go back there then. The 2 kills I got has disappeares after dying. That’s 29 min worth og gameplay cause of the CD. The way to get this rune was dumb, really really dumb
3x10 min CD and I have 4 charges. Taunting 2 mobs, killing one within the 6 seconds, and back to one charge. Seriously annoying. Doubly so cause of the 10 min CD
Just now killed 3 while affected, got credit for one.
Unequipped, relogged and equipped again. Tried again, 4 charges after 30 minutes of waiting on CD. 5’th kill resets the charges to 1.
so far about 1.5 hours trying this with nothing but bugs.
Any fix on the horizon?
It seems that you will only get credit for yellow mobs that you land the killing blow on.
I did two mobs at a time. Get one to like 15%, keep it rooted while killing another one. Then aoe taunt and finish them off within 6 seconds and you get 2 stacks per cooldown.
It can be done in any zone, just the mobs have to be yellow. I did it in Alterac Mountains.
Whoever still have problems here’s the solution that worked for me:
- Unequip idol
- Delete idol
- Make the ritual again (Roar on statue)
- Get idol
- Relog
- Equip idol
I did this with 3 green mobs at a time (Mobs behind statue, near GY). When low I Roared and formed to cat. Got 3/3.
Pls tell me you didn’t have thorns on, if thorns kill the mob you dont get credit
I’m not sure that’s the case. For some people the idol doesn’t work at all. I reported the bug but got useless response from GM telling me how I should do the idol instead of acknowledging the bug.
Deleting the wow cache worked like a charm for me.
