Druid Class mount legion in The War Within 11.0.2

Hello Friends! I need your help. I’m trying to get the class order hall mount from legion, and this is for my Druid. So I’ve done everything I can find online. I have done this in Achievements below.

Unlock the Broken Shore via Assault on Broken Shore = CHECK
Complete all the steps of Breaching the Tomb = CHECK

So now i got on my Druid the Quest Champions of Legionfall From Maive Shadowsong.
So when i go to place class order hall place there the NPC thisalee crow stands. Isnt there for me, I dont know if i have forgott something or is it Blizzard have take it out from the game, I dont know. If anyone has the same problem or something or other ideas.

Don’t go searching through your class hall expecting someone to talk to to instantly complete this quest.

Champions of Legionfall can only be completed after you have completed the quest chain to recruit your new 7.2 follower.
The chain starts with a quest you get when returning to your class hall after accepting Champions of Legionfall.

I have pick up the Quest from her. Champions of Legionfall. But do i need the reputation to have the NPC thisalee crow come up?

It doesn’t say anything about rep, but it does specify other quests, Check that you have completed them. Have you read the full comment?
