On my druid, I’m not able to see my feral nor my guardian druid legion artifact tints, to give you an example, I’ve already finish the whole order hall campaign, and I have those tints unlocked, but when I go into my wardrobe, I’m only able to see 3 tints for my current spec either guardian or feral (and take in consideration I also have all the tints unlocked for the pvp side, because I’m more than honor lvl 80).
I’ll attach some images to show what I mean:

I’ve already open a few tickets, but all of them just tell me to go to my wardrobe and go into the legion artifact tab, and that’s about it, but as you can see, I know which tints I’ve unlocked and which not, and I know that I’ve more than 3 tints unlocked (also, feral and balance are fine, all of the tints available are unlocked).
Any type of assistance would be appreciate it.
Okay, so I checked my Feral Druid
On the transmog you will see I have two versions of the fangs.
On the artifact seed in the class hall I have 4 tints
This is where the difference comes in… the 4 tints are from achievements and need to be applied at the Seed in the class hall.
The two available in my transmog were from Hidden Artifact appearances, these change the look of the weapon and in the case of the druid the skin too (hence they are at the bottom of the tints as “moonspirit”) but primarily they are weapon appearances, hence they are on the transmog vendor.
So the unlock tints at the seed in class hall, need to be applied at the class hall. The others are transmogs available because you completed the hidden quest for the alertnative weapon appearance.
Just to see if I’m on the same page as you, let’s take for example my pvp tints (incarnation of nightmare), which I already have all the tints unlocked for it, but I can only see the fuschia option on my wardrobe. Now taking in consideration what you said, I can only use those tints at the seed (which I need to equip the legendary wep to use it, and as soon as I get into another wep, the cat/bear form goes back to normal), but if I want to use those exact same tints as a tmog on a weapon, I won’t be able to?
You need to right-click the weapon in the transmog window and you should get a dropdown to choose the other colors.
