Changing form from normal race to bear cat etc is dropping 8% haste from stats. This is showing up in using abilities also. Regrowth in my boomkin form 1.2 seconds cast time; in non boomkin 1.1 secs cast time.
In healer spec changing to bear did nothing. Changing to cat lost 8% haste. Bear then followed suit.
