Druid macro help

Hey there! If I do this macro;

/cast Nature’s Swiftness
/cast [@mouseover,help][help,nodead][@targettarget,help,nodead][@player] Healing Touch

What will happen if the cooldown is still on for Nature’s swiftness? I would like it to cast healing touch anyway.

i use the same macro, it will cast HT when NS is on CD.
