Druid have frenzie,well-honed,renewal(if use),barksin,ursoc-endurance for a little shield.
Shaman have astral shift,stoneskin totem(if use),natures guardian,earth totem…

More serious part… I love them both but I feel more comfortable as Shaman. As druid somehow I struggle abit to heal (panic heals) and my DPS is not that good as Balance. But with all new changes, I am very happy and I will definitely give Druid a try, but Shaman will be main, mostly because I did a lot of things on this character and I would fill bad to abandon it.
Both options are good supports for groups, so pick what you enjoy more. If you’re more nature oriented, go as Druid. If you like elements, pick Shaman.

Shaman have panic heal?
I see more resto druids on pvp than resto shamans.
They have more cc and other nasty toolkits, compared to shamans.
