So something seems to have changed between yesterday and today. At the moment there seems to be some kind of 5-7 second lockout where after shapeshifting into a form or back into caster form, you are (a) stuck in that form and (b) if it is flight form you are unable to cast or attack. This is making questing incredibly frustrating, especially if you form shift a lot. And it’s making flight form useless since you can’t tag any mobs or do… well, anything apart from fly… for 5-7 seconds after using it.
