Druid Swift Flight Form Quest. When?

Do we know when the druid quest for Swift Flight Form will be available? Will it be on release? Shortly after or possible at later phases?

I would like to know the answer for this too because there are no sources saying it will be in or not for Phase 1.

It won’t be in P1 as far as I’ve managed to puzzle together, it certainly isn’t in the beta. Most likely it will be added with Black Temple in P3, just as it was in original TBC, so about 9 months till a year in?
