After the recent hotfixes i noticed a change to the interaction of the Nature’s Grace Talent and the GCD on my Druid. Before recent patches casting Wrath with Nature’s Grace proc and casting Time Talent (1s cast) only triggered a 1 second global cooldown. Now the one second cast triggers the default 1.5s GCD and it fields very clunky to cast Wrath with the Natures Grace proc. Would like to know if this change was intentional or colateral damage.
