There is a jewelcrafting item that gives profession points named Dual-Function Magnifiers. If I try to pick up this item my character is stuck in the looting animation. I can cancel the animation, but I cannot loot the item. I have found information that more people are experiencing this. Furthermore people reported this issue as a bug just like me. But so far you haven’t fixed this bug. Please look into this.
