Dual Spec or Reduced Respec Cost!

Needs more depth in the game, K thanx bye.

I don’t disagree. Would be nice with 2 specs, just because it would be easier to find tanks/healers for dungeons. And people can then easily do PvP and PvE content at the same time.

Well, only give it to classes that can have a tanking or healing spec and force one of the alternatives to be either tank or healing. And make it a trial period on 3months, then remove it. And see what happens.

Edit: And give druids tripplespec so we can be DPS, tanks and healers.

(I am against dualspec)

Sure that could be one way of doing it.
I would love to try and tank on my druid, and from what i can see alot of other players would feel the same, when they can’t find a tank/healer for their group.

But with a respec cost of 100g (2 respecs) just so that u can do a dungeon is just too high for a player to even concider doing it.

Nikky, you have these great more in depth talent trees that you can barely use as to explore them thoroughly would cost a small fortune. I believe all classes should be entitled to it not just hybrids.
I don’t think stopping me or should I say placing sanctions on me financially in game just to tailor my character to the content I want to do, is good game design.

Why? Some people are paying up to 100g for boosting/tank services already.

So basicly why stop at dualspec? I know atleaast 6 different Feral Tank talent specs i can use. 2 is not enough.

Thats why I advocated for even a reduced cost respec for more flexibility.
And you say you have 6 different specs within the one tree, surely you would enjoy being able to try them more frequently. Perhaps it make even keep things fresh just the minor little tweaks in a build that are cool.
Surely being able to more readily access them is a good thing?

No, because i am happy with having what i have. There is talent calculators you can use to figure out what is what. A friend of mine is respeccing 1-3 times a day because he can not decide what spec he wants to play. That is his choice.

Or should I say is there any real benefit to not being able to change more freely that I am missing or would harm the game and if so how, as I struggle to see it?

Ahh thought Nikky was trying to have a real discussion here.
Yet it seems he is just trolling… Too bad, thought the first idea might be a solution for a problem in the game. But alas, dual specs aren’t the biggest problem in the game atm. (cough* BG queues  )

Yes, class identity or rather spec identity. If you want dualspec there is retail for you. Go there and enjoy all the glory and variety of dualspec.

No i am not trolling, but you seem to have missed the other 50 thread on the exact subject. Therte is no place for dualspec in TBCC, you have that on retail. TBC was more about class/spec identity than being able to play whatever whenever as you can on retail.

Your first 3 comments seem kinda trolly though…
If you think that this has been discussed already, why not just post the link to a previous thread, so that one could go read that? Instead of trolling this thread?

He is having issues choosing and that is a good thing as there is choice and depth to each tree, what benefit is there to punish him in doing so?

I have class identity, I have spec identity, I have played a mage for like 10+ years.
The player base has got better as a whole even at a base level.
Surely keeping it fresh for such an experienced player base is better instead of forcing them into a one size fits all, but it really doesn’t playstyle.

ANd every BG comment you make seem trollish to me. You dont seem to want to be playing TBCC but rather you want to play retail. Everything you ask for is on retail.

If he want to flippflopp he can play retail, TBCC ios not for him if he start to whine about it (he does not, he accept that his skittish attention to specs is his own fault).

So, play retail then? TBC did not have dualspec. Retail have dualspec. We see how “keeping it fresh” worked for retail, what you ask for exist, why do you not use it?

Maybe I am enjoying everything else about the game which I am so why should I leave?

Let me ask you this, do you even PVP at all in anyway shape or form even remotely competitively?

And this is not to insult your ability or attack in anyway.
Most against the dual spec argument don’t even PVP at all!

The combat is what keeps this game ahead of other competition and to cut it off for what feels like bitterness with no real direction is ridiculous imo.

So accept the rules on the servers you are playing on.

In this game? No. This game has terrible PvP, it is complete garbage. Coming from DAoC i can not stand the PvP in this game. Open world PvP is the only PvP i really tolerate, the rest is just, “meh” at best.

Then get a PvP spec, you can still PvE with it.

They are not rules there is potential for change and a bit of a poor answer, all smite without an actual reason.
