Also there are no edgy gunslinger looking tmog… neither for rogue nor for hunter
option 1) can be a leather armour type - rogue 4th spec

We already have enough specs. no need for more.
You have dual wielding ranged spec in Diablo 3, also as above poster said, we have 36 specs already, it is enough.

a dual wielding pistol specc is what outlaw should have been imo instead of those annoying roll the dice rng crap.
I wouldn’t mind seeing a retail spec that uses wands for auto-attacking and other abilities outside of that. Wand auto-attacking is just incredibly useless as something in the game currently.

I really wish they just scrap Outlaw and make it into a gunner.
introduce 1h pistols ( which are in the game actually ) and let it be a ranged dirty trickster gunner playstyle.
Would be amazing and a real change of pace.
Artemis in “Totally Accurate Battle Simulator” would be a great example of dual-wielding bows.
I have spoken about this before here.
It could be easily a 4th hunter spec and other classes can dual-pistol/crossbow for the visual aspect rather than cameplay mechanics. Such as rogues can equip a bow but got no abilities for it.
The fantasy for this would be very attractive for RPers, Gnome/Human/Goblin playable races and transmog hunters.
