Dual Wielding Rune for Shaman is bugged?

Hi!
I have a lvl 25 shaman and I recently aquired the rune for dual wielding. But I can’t equip two weapons. All I get is my character saying “I can’t equip that yet”
Yes. I have the rune.
Yes. I have enchanted my chest piece with the rune. The Tooltip clearly states “Dual Wielding” in green.
Yes. I have checked that the weapons are 1H. I’ve tried different weapons, both weapons marked “Main Hand” and “One Hand” in all possible combinations.
Yes. I have tried several different chest pieces. All enchanted with the rune ofc.
Yes. I have tried restarting the game.
Yes. I have tried disabling all addons and restarted the game.
Yes. I have tried opening a ticket to Blissard Support(This is a F:ed up topic of itself wich I’m not going to adress here)

What am I missing? i’m at the end of my ropes here.

Hey.
You get the ability for dw around lvl 10 with a quest chain in TB. Together with the lava leash rune.

Ah. So I get that ability from the same dude that gives me the Lava Lash rune?(Ihaven’t gotten that yet)

Yes^^ It should be couple mins for lvl 25. Only 3 quests to do
