Read somewhere that Dudu’s would have new travel forms which is cool imo. Next step would be new forms for the different specs - something similar to the rewards of Mage Tower, not necessarily the same. What would you guys say to this?
I support every addition of cosmetics to the game including druid forms.
Fantasy-wise I love feral, but I don’t enjoy its gameplay that much so I don’t play it. Hopefully one day cat becomes more fun so I can main it.
I feel you. Tried Druid a couple of times, and I only like the tree, but I’m tired of it. Also, I like tank, but can’t stand the current bear form (don’t know why, but I just can’t play it like that). Unfortunatly I wasn’t playing when legion came out, and didn’t have enough time to get the bear forms from MT, but I would like to have something similar. I would change main in a heartbeat if something similar to that would be added.
I do not play a druid but I do hope besides travel form they also took a look at some new moonkin forms perhaps, the astral glyph or what’s it called is cool and all but having more forms would be as well I’d say. Plus every other form has multiple ones so why not right?
Didn’t even remember that but yeah, could be a way to do it via glyphs for instance.
I would love new forms.
Especialy something for bala ( not that i play it) because they either have glyph or owl, also, some new bears, use the skins we have, more colorful, more spikes, glow, tints, auras, whatever. Also use some new skins. Dont worry to combine them.
Neon harambear when?
i d also love to see more tree forms. we could use more variety in general that isnt tied to legion tints.
Agree, every expansion and patch there is tons of new sets weapons and different tints of those ( well, not all are awesome but still) and druids are left with what we get in legion. Big sadge
yeah. im still extremely salty they “removed” restos tree form and the one you need to spec into is so ugly.
at least give us something nice for a change… druid is the class with the most visual potential which remains unused i guess…
Yea idk what they fear, tons of options yet we are left with what, apart from legion we had different hairs, woo so cool and brave…
Updated lazer chicken appearance please
Rhino form, dragon form, etc. yes pls.
I know “Druid” is a tough word for a class that runs around with boards and pointy sticks but please try to get it right next time.
They should make some new forms. Also same skeleton as Werebear, since the standard bear skeleton is way overused. In Diablo II , you get werewolf/lycantrope form as baseline, should have something similar here as well.
Druids are so limited in forms compared to normal classes with armor/weapons that have thousands of different options, while druid got… 4-5, of the same model but different color variatons…?`Nah.
I dont mind not getting MT forms back, but make a recolored/armor version of them, so the salty oldtimers can keep their uniqueness, but other players can enjoy the shape as well. Win/Win situation.
not sure where hes from but germans actually call them dudus for short, so could be a form of habbit.
Ever heard of other ways to say the same thing? This really shows people really do have something to say about anything LOL
P.S. - I’m from Portugal, and at least in all the guilds I played, and all the people I play with, call Druids ‘Dudu’s’ for short, don’t know when it started or why, but it’s a thing I guess, much like Schmusedecke said it happens in Germany as well =)
Dudu dodo form would be sweet.
I was thinking about something like attuning the animal forms you’d like to use, say, you’d buy a tome in the druid class order hall, which teaches you the ability to assume the looks of a bear or cat mob you like.
Imagine becoming the white tiger King Bangalash for instance… definitely stands out of the crowd.
You could collect 8 custom forms and choose the active one at the barber.
Only ever seen this used excessively by Germans tbh. Not even sure where it came from, probably because it sounded cute?
On an international scale, I think I had heard a rumour back in vanilla that “dudu” is short for “dumb druid”, which is why Druids hated the term back then. But that might have been a joke or misinformation.
