you will only be able to get dual spec if you buy the northrend battle pass which will include a level 70 boost and a 280% flying mount

Dual spec will only be aviable to accounts with credit cards connected to russian banks.

They said DS will be limitted at the beginning, I assume that means DS will be in the game, but you have to be in a city to swap specs.
Hard to say though, sometimes it feels like Blizzard’s design team are schitzophrenic with all the contradictions that they come out with.

They try to bend WOTLK for Vanilla WoW fans, instead of releasing game for WOTLK fans.

I think it’s more of trying to moderate the game a bit. DS wasn’t released right away in WoTLK, yet this time we’ll be getting it (a weakened version, most likely) in the pre-patch.
Whether it gets fully upgraded to the original WoTLK version in P2? We’ll see.

We are not in 2008 anymore.
Certain QoL’s were simply good and should be brought back in the final polished stage.
Yeah at the end so we don’t get to experience it just about when cata is about to come out since we know they will rush wotlk like they did tbc….
