Hey,
I can’t, but voice my thought.
Since the Hardcore servers aren’t PvP (which I like to be honest), we should still be allowed to Mak’gora the oposing faction. Also Mak’gora without being PvP flagged. Alow us to duel to death between factions without threat of being mauled to death by bystanders.
I would like to have an option to show some of the players who spit on the ground when I walk past them, that if you have problem with my faction, then feel free to duel me without your buddies interfering.
Blizz this is for you so please read it.

Common duels with opposing faction were always allowed even on PvE realms. Are Mak’gora rules different, except for death part?
I don’t see any way to start a duel with a player from other faction when I click on their nameplate. Also, why can’t we loot them? They are dead just like any other NPC, they won’t need their invetory anymore.
Probably because this loot system could be easily abused.
What kind of abuse we talking about? Also, why should I care. They are dead NPC’s to me once their are dead.
Mak’gora rules depend on the participants who choose rules. In the lore, most of them are not lethal, and they had only one common rule “Body armor is forbidden”.

Yeah I see you are the main character (reddit r/ImThemaincharacter) , the chosen one champion (no that attitude came only around Draenor when every LFR fan was a commanding general of whole Draenor expedition). The way it would be abuse is that bots will send mules to be killed and looted by their clients. Anyway full PvP Hardcore MMOs always died pretty fast, so it is not going to happen.
