Dueling outside Orgrimmar

Is that a thing still? It kinda is on Dragonflight retail.

I really like every single aspect of PvP. I know world PvP is kinda dead because of realm imbalance and I would at the very least expect Orgrimmar/Stormwind/Ironforge gates to be populated by people dueling. Gotta compensate somehow with the lack of world pvp content.

However when I walk out, nobody is there. Neither in Stormwind or Orgrimmar on apparently the most populated EU realms for their respective faction.

Am I bugged/phased out because of some quest or it’s nonexistent even on the highest populated realms?

Maybe more on Classic Era/Hardcore. I see them often there:)
WotlK is about Gearscore and Parsing.
