Dueling outside Oribos

Why can’t we duel outside of the PvP vendors? (where the portals are)

I think the PvP vendors should be moved to the upper level of Oribos and we could use the enitre upper level to duel. There’s nothing there right now besides the flight master?

All players should be killable in Oribos, regardless of WM on or off.

It would be really nice to have an underbelly equivalent to have fun pvp stuff happening in. Farming my rat mount in Legion underbelly was one my WoW highlights, it was a lot of fun and the underbelly was always populated. Wotlk underbelly was great too since it was an area for pvpers of both factions to congregate.

I agree that the flight master level of Oribos is pretty empty, would make a good area for something like dueling.
