Hi simple question. When thsi changes happen in prepatch or after?

You need to be more specific.

Are you talking about the dungeons ‘‘Shadowfang Keep’’ and ‘‘Deadmines’’? Then yes, they will be changed in pre-patch. If you’re talking about Wrath dungeons and Gamma difficulty (and their drops)? They haven’t said anything about that.

Pre-patch when all Cataclysm changes come, which also means the entire old world and its quests.
