How come I’m getting punnished when I do a Time Walk as a tank. The healer pulls the entire room and can’t keep me alive. We run back and healer pulls the entire room again and I wait outside since I don’t wanna die again because of the healer. I get vote kicked out and that is fine but why do you Blizzard think I deserve a 30 min Dungeon Deserter when the healer is the one causing the problem?

It’s not fair and unfortunately situations like these happen but there isn’t really any other way the system could work. The rest of your party is as much to blame as the healer in this case but how would the system know what really happened.
Unless Blizz develops some AI to deal with these things but… I’ve seen enough movies to be against such a system, especially if it comes into contact with a community like ours

Im not complaining on the vote kick. I don’t know why Blizzard punnish me with a 30 min ban. I know people are people and know how bad lfg can be sometimes but that Blizard think this is a good way to handle it perplex me.
Because people used to tell people to kick them from dungeons and then they’d go AFK until they were kicked rather than outright leaving.
Can’t say this was a good fix for that. But as usual Blizzard always take an easy fix that cause other problems.

Focus on the positive, people are rushing and lack patience and respect.
My advice is try and play with friends or form your own group with your own rules and pace

It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one who has experienced things like this.
I’m a newbie tank and I have never been to most of the dungeons.
All this elitism really takes the fun out of the game. These people should find their own groups if they want to rush through dungeons skipping 30% of the content.

If your kicked you shouldn’t get deserter IMO but tbf standing outside to let them wipe is kinda trolling
How is that trolling when the healer pulls? Everbody who have played this game knows its the tanks job to pull and make sure he doesnt overpull. When other players then the tank starts pulling and whiping the team it aint the tanks job to constatly try to clean up the mess.
But it seems the old rule “You pull you tank” have become oboslete and the tanks jobs nowday is to run around and constalty clean up other players mess.

You should “take care” all the team while tanking. Tanking alone is not enough. If they want a cold mojito, you as a tank should serve. Cold.

Tried doing 4 m+ runs on my healer.
First two: dps was completely crap, I actually had to drink after thrash, I can’t remember doing that.
Left half way in because it would not be timed.
Third: tank had no idea what he was doing. No stacks clearing. Dps didn’t interrupt at all, blamed me for wiping (spires).
Fourth: easily timed DOS with people who knew what they were doing. I did 4.5k overall dps as a healer.
Pugs are hit and miss, leave if it’s a miss. Who cares if mediocre players ignore you.

Had this on my shaman when I joined a gambit. I told him he needs to kite to drop necrotic and he actually did kite after telling him to… except he went into travel form while still in melee with mobs so he died pretty hard when he shifted out of bear.

No I don’t. When ppl intentionally pull that will lead to death of the group it’s on them and the rest of us isn’t forced to die because of that.
It’s also your job to protect your team, so if they pull something you save them.
At least remove it from LFR , if get!4 groups with only the last wing boss left it’s annoying…
