Dungeon design and Camera feedback

Please do something about art assests getting in the middle of the camera constantly in M+, on some fights they become really problematic and genuinely make the fight harder.

For instance the first boss of Spires of Ascension, the trees on both sides of the room are always annoying, the bird will go under one and suddenly your whole vision is gone and you have to either zoom in or move around and pray you don’t get hit by the frontal of the boss or something else, it’s dumb.
Last boss of Spires too with the angel with giant wings in the back of the room blocking the view and on top she’s clickable so you might even target her by mistake.
Sanguine Depths is also a real pain because of small corridors and rooms, as a melee the circular part before second boss is sometimes a horrible experience with mobs right in your face making it impossible to see all the aoes, yes it’s manageable but I shouldn’t have to fight with the camera on top of the mobs.

Those are just examples but you get the idea.

Don’t get me wrong, the dungeons look great but when it comes at the cost of gameplay then I have a problem with them and it would really be nice if future dungeons were a bit more open.

i hate bossfights when you are forced against a wall, and need to manouver and avoid stuff while having 0 visibility.

my god. spires of ascension makes me so angry. every. damn. time. the trees foliage and the angels flappy wings are so annoying, you cant see anything.

This has been screwed forever.

When they first announced Grimrail Depot it sounded amazing. The reality was that narrow and long train carriages just made the main challenge in the dungeon fighting against the camera.

This should have been addressed with the wall going translucent when you zoom back through it. Dungeon crawlers have been doing this since the 1800’s.

This 10000 times, it should be like that for sure, my guess is that it’s a problem with the engine itself and that it would probably require a lot of engineer work, maybe it’s been adressed before, I’ll look it up later today to be sure.

Not having any issues. You can zoom and rotate the camera guys.
