How about when people leave dungeons early after not getting what they want from the first boss. The penalty is they are not permitted to get any loot from the next dungeon the queue up for?
would it not solve most problem, since it they have to complete a dungeon before been able to get loot again?

There needs to be a deserter debuff, and it needs to be account wide. It also needs to last for at least 2-3 hours if not more.
The problem atm is that people have 10 alts and nothing else to do, so there is practically no downside for just leaving over and over for them.
I just wonder, what exactly is the problem with them leaving? It’s a bit sad, agreed. But usually it takes mere seconds before the group is filled up again?

To me it lies within it is selfish/disrepectful, since they value their time to be more valuable than others. And you signed up to do a dungeon not just a boss. IF you could sign up for 1 boss, then its fair game
There should honestly be a feat of strength for completing Ara-Kara with the same 5 that you went in with. It’s stupid.
This is my way to deal with it. Make the debuff account wide, so, no switching to alts, make it stackable, leave early first time, 30 minutes, once the 30 minutes are over, you get another debuff, that if you leave another dungeon, doubles the original debuff to 60 minutes. The secondary debuff lasts for 4 hours. They should both keep doubling. That would put an end to it.
Except it doesn’t, at least not always. Especially when the said dungeon is Ara-kara where ppl join for 1st boss trinket and leave right after it. And usually it’s everyone that leaves. Now, if you want to just get and spent as many valorstones as you can, you just got 10 and either left w8ing for whole grp to come, or you leave and got about 10mins w8 b4 you can que again. And as dps you have to w8 for at least 10-15mins more in que.
Last 3 days i haven’t finish it a single time. But some times it happens in other dungeons too. But hey, as the other guy said:
It’s just that, ppl are just spiteful. Game works just fine and there is no problem at all!
