Dungeonbrowser "Halls of atonement" bug

My dungeonbrowser doesn’t allow me to choose the halls of atonement on normal- mode. It says I haven’t done the quest for it yet.

Now that I’m lvl 60 and have the required ilvl , every other dungeon, and even the halls of atonement on heroic are choosable, only halls of atonement on normal mode stays blocked.

I woud say it is a bug.
