Opened my weekly chest feeling i could not be disappointed because i am actually pretty geared. but i still only have 2x 385 azerite pieces. So i opened it. And there is a 385 Vest of Reverent Adoration, which is great. but i already have 1 since it dropped in my weekly chest 3 weeks ago.
Am i just in ultra bad luck, or is there any chance blizzard would just revert my weekly cache and give me something random instead? Since i have absolutely no use of 2 of those vests lol
Welcome to the club, I also got 385 azerite chest but i already have 385 chest, so yeah, rng sucks.
You know how it works right?? What you get from the chest is random.

Nobody will revert anything. Random loot is random. It means that you are unlucky, that's all. Live with it.
Duplicates, wasted "upgrades" and same slot drops (over and over) seem to be the favourite thing for RNG to spout out.
Makes me worry that the RNG isn't even balanced!

Weekly chest is easy free loot and people still complain.

May I show you my collection of gloves on priest? Or perhaps cloak collection on demon hunter, I've got quite a few.
385 Shoulders, when my only previous Azerite piece were shoulders. These ones though have the worst traits.

Blizzard paraded the M+ Weekly Chest as something great and fantastic - a free bonus for your efforts in the previous week.
Sadly, just like RNG in general, the giddy high of getting a decent piece is short-lived and out-weighed by the more common "Well that was a !@#$ing wasted effort" feeling when your chest doesn't bring you a fun and exciting piece like Blizzard advertised.
It's like when you fail a game of chance over and over and over again despite being told that failure only happens 23% of the time.
It gets tiresome quickly and you begin to think there might be some dickish shenanigans behind the fact that you only seem to get bracer drops over and over again.
Well I got bis 385 chest with best possible traits, lucky me.
