I went back to get some achieves from horrific visions, and couldn’t find my legendary cloak (Ashjra’kamas Shroud of Resolve). After doing some digging, I found that you could buy the cloak from a vendor in the same room as the Transmog (SW for Alliance).
After buying the cloak, it was at Rank 1, and I realised that I couldn’t rank it up as I had already done the quests.
I stopped playing in BfA and returned for TWW. got a free boost etc when I bought TWW. Only just got round to opening all of my mail … and inside was my original Ashjra’kamas Shroud of Resolve, at rank 15!
The only issue is, I cant withdraw it from my mailbox, as it says I am already carrying this item. I tried to delete the Rank 1 cloak to no avail. I placed it in the bank and tried to get the original with no luck.
Does anyone know how I can delete the rank 1 cloak so that I can get my original rank 15 from the mail?
