Durable Information Securing Container belt tooltip visual bug (Static Charge)

There is something wrong with the Titan Disc tooltip when I put belt in my bag. It’s a series of letters and numbers without any sense. Is this only visul bug or maybe something more? Bugged tooltip got only Static Charge option, other ones display correctly. Important - belt need to be in the bag to see the bug.

Thank you. Any chance you could check your belt? I’d like to know is this bug is on my side or wide spread.
