Does anyone know how do you get the energy shield power in the belt ? , it says i should go to an overcharged delve which was in the last patch , but since there is no more , that’s the only power i couldn’t get , i assume blizzard would put it in another delve or something , if anyone knows how to get it , please let me know.

Charged delves are long gone. If you didn’t upgrade your belt and unlock the various functions prior to patch it’s just dead weight now.
It’s meant to be replaced this season with belts’ ilvls going up to 720+.

It’s also getting nerfed to make Manaforge belts more appealling.
i mean 20% is not crazy , its gonna still be relevant i feel like , per example the 5600 haste increase is gonna go down to 4000 or more , which is a very big amount still i feel like

Maybe try interact with the titan console in the Delve building in Dornogal?

I think that skill comes from maxing out the titan console, so maybe possible there.
No clue if it helps thou, since I got all in season 2.
Similar to the Siren Isle ring - gets replaced as soon as something better becomes available in the next patch. Although from what I’ve read, the DISC belt is stilll BIS for BM hunters, could be wrong as always
