Seeing new thing appeared in delves - https://www.wowhead.com/spell=1241244/charged-bolts, is there any info whether it works in pvp and nerfed enough to be irrelevant? Don’t really want to waste my time on delves for this crap
The ilvl is decreased to 684.
The abilities do work, but they don’t seem to have the same impact as they do in PvE. Also you lose secondary stats.
I think it isn’t useful in PvP, but maybe like with Circe it will have some niche usefulness for some specs.
