WoW has human druids, and dwarves along with gnomes are related to humans. So dwarf and gnome druids should very much be possible.
As for the rock druids, just make them fancy shamans or something that function like druids, like how kul’tiran shamans work when they are technically water priests. (Blizzard this is why you should have gone with class skins).

I think Druid will take the longest purely because they need so many different racial forms. One day. Holly will sort it.
