Hello.
Starting a Shaman and cant decide between Troll or Dwarf.
If strictly focusing on racials which is then the best:
Troll racials or Dwarf racials?
Also should I level as Elemental or Enhancement when questing?
Any tips appreciated.

Standard dwarf is considered the best shaman on ally side. But the difference between the races is quite tiny. Same for trall, which is mid tier on horde. Normal tauren have the top horde spot.
Most would say enhancement for leveling. I do not agree, as its considered fairly bad at 120. Better play elemental and get used to the spec, as its higher dps spec of the two.

I had one from Legion but then they introduced Zandalari Trolls, I was sold. Those racials, for me that never made the difference.
Sure they say here enhancement is bad, I’ve seen quite good enhancement shamans, and I find them fun to play. I do play 3 shamans, since any other class eventually bores me, I don’t have that with shamans.
Elemental is also fun though, that is my main, ery good dmg yeah and fun gameplay. And in general, shamans have some of the coolest spell animations.

Dwarf has a slight edge in pve but the difference is tiny.
Not sure how the lower levels are like nowadays but I chose to level as enhance from Legion to BFA. Personally I found ele a bit too slow outside of stormkeeper when I was in leveling gear.
