Wait a minute, that whole operation was your ideaā¦
Our journey to the Dragon isles is at an end for now. We traveled the breadth of the Azure span. Allow me to shed abit of light on all the adventures we had along the way.
Our journey started in Camp Antonidas where we were told of the plight of the Tuskarr to the South and West. Owing the Tuskarr a debt of gratitude the Morodnir went to aid them in plight, unraveling magical mysteries and taking the fight to the Brackenhide gnolls who sought to defile the regionās rivers with a twisted scheme.
The gnolls were driven back but before the Morodnir could take the fight back to Brackenhide hollow they were called away to aid elsewhere.
Hurrying Eastward the Morodnir had to contend with many primalists laying in ambush.
Short on time the Dwarves decided against forcing their way through. Which would have likely proven very costly. Instead the brave company traveled through the perilous frostlands, braving a brutal blizzard which nearly froze them solid.
After losing one of the rams the Morodnir finally arrived at Camp nowhere. Here they confronted the primalists threatening the camp. and after a handful of skirmishes finally managed to defeat a primalist lieutenant breaking their hold on the region surrounding Camp Nowhere if only for a time.
Travelling through the Azure span has asked much of us and now we have returned to the warm embrace of Khaz Modan for some rest and relaxation.
To celebrate our return we will be holding an Ironforge Trivia night focused around the glories of the Alliance! Furthermore in the new week we will take some time out of our busy schedules to go sledding on Ironforge mountain. If you find yourself in the area and you want to get to know the Morodnir abit better. Feel free to drop by and say hello!
I canāt wait to meet up with you lot again! Anytime I get the chance to stop by for some banter itās always class craic!
Fellas, yous got my respect always!
So what have the Morod been up to? Wellā¦ we visited the Azure span!
Our first objective was a trek to Camp Antonidas that soon went awry and ended up with us visiting the shores of a Tuskar lake, dealing with wily, child snatching Gnolls and bizarre arcane artifacts washing down from the vaultā¦
Before long it was a visit back to the Kirin tor where we bumped into some old friends among the Celestial circle!
We then made our way west to iskaara, dealing with numerous corrupted, river fouling totems left by those Gnollsā¦
On our arrival we indulged in some soupā¦ ā¦and hastily fled to the outskirts to set up camp and tend our stomachs. Here we bumped into some friends from the Nightblade sentinels!
Eventually we managed to tear ourselves away from Tuskarr culinary expertise to face down the Gnoll threat, defeating them in a violent skirmish by the coast.
This opened the way to venture to the far east of the span to seek our intended foe, the dreaded primalists! Battling through frozen tundra, scavenging abandoned camps all through a conjured blizzard! We eventually slogged our way thereā¦
And no sooner than reaching camp Nowhere we bumped into more friends!
Soon enough we were waylaid in our efforts and called to meet a new challenge, a dread primalist proto-dragon made of frost, snow and spite! Battling hard in one of our unique single-foe boss encountersā¦ we eventually managed to bring it downā¦
Upon its defeat the beasts body began to collapse, itās elemental parts fading away to leave only Bone and sinewā¦
With that done, we finally rode out to face the primalists, battling them on hill and riversideā¦
The dastardly enemy had taken up residence in a furbolg camp, twisting and corrupting the locals to their own ends!
With our foes slain and our immediate goals in the span met, it was time to return home and enjoy someā¦ fun and games. Starting with a trivia night in Bruuks!
And some sledding down Ironforge mountain!
ā¦Ahem
Itās been a hectic few weeks for the Morodnir in the Dragon isles, but now weāre home weāre aiding allies and friends in Dun morogh while preparing for our upcoming all Dwarf campaignā¦
"Song of the Steelsingers"
Double posts, I hate doublepostingā¦ gah, stillā¦
Seems one of ours, the stalwart warrior Torryk Ironskin got himself (and us) published in Stormwinds premiere tabloid!
I didnāt even know Torryk knew how to read, let alone write
Time for a rapid fire update.
Having aided our human friends against the Frost trolls of Dun Morogh the Morodnir did not sit idle for long.
Chasing after rumours, hearsay and old folk legends, along with the clues left in a journal recovered from the primalists the Morodnir has headed to the green hills of Loch Modan. Seeking out the mysterious secrets of an extinguished clan.
Delving into the hills the Morodnir uncovered a vault that had heretofore been lost to time.
Unfortunately it swiftly became apparent that they were not the first to uncover this hidden treasure. Someone had arrived there before them and failing to open the vault had absconded with itās three keys.
The group only managed to uncover a handful of journal fragments listing a name. Hudson.
The Morodnir having now returned to Thelsamar has made it their mission to track down Hudson and recover the
Keys before they can fall in the wrong hands.
In other new weābe undergone abit of a reform.
The Huscarl rank while intended as the highest honor among the Morodnir became perceived as a rank of authority which goes against the spirit of the guild.
To rectify this we have decided to scrap the Huscarl rank and replace it with the rank of companion. We hope that this change will put things more in line with our overall vision as a guild.
Glad to see the dwarf scene come back from slumber
Keep on PEAKING
Weāre on our way to the Aerie peakā¦ to aid a brother avenge his slain family. Seems the primalists get everywhere these days and they need a thorough smiting.
Weāll be in and around Stromgarde as well as the Aerie peak in the coming days!
Smiting primalists, taking names, drinking mead!
Glad to see the pint-sized collective of glorious beards and thiccāety-thicc thighs are still going strong.
May you terrify the populace of the Dragon Isles with that unfamiliar short stature and larger-than-life enthusiasm.
So, what have the Morodnir been up to of late? Well, short answerā¦ A lot!
Where to begin? First we assisted some of our Wildhammer kin in defeated a group of Trolls and ā¦yep, Naga, that had somehow attained sacred Wildhammer shamanistic artifacts!
Eventually defeating a sea witch, and quite the few injured on our part, we had no time to spare!
Continuing our efforts to seek the keys to the vault of the Steelsinger clan, the Morod ventured by sea to Stormheim to head off and pursue a Dread-pirate that had a hand in the robbery of one such key!
Sadly some foes at sea in the form of wiley Naga waylaid us on our trip over!
But never a group to let sea-snakes block our way, we soon made it to the stormy cliffs and made camp. We even took time to visit an ancient wonder! The rune tree of Vydhar!
Eventually we came to find the Gilnean enclave camp had attracted our foe, coming under sustained attack from pirates! The Morod sallied forth, driving the pirate swine back into the sea before storming their ships with Gryphon, hammer and magic!
With a few explosions, two captured ships and the third hitting the bottom the Morod found that their pirate captain enemy had fled inland!
Pursuing them, they found a grizzly display around an ancient Rune-stone, corpses mangled by dark magicā¦ unfortunately, as we are want to do, we ātouched the thingā and were transported to the ghostly realm of Helheim!
Forced to do battle with grasping skeletal arms and horrid wraiths, the Morod eventually faced the captain who had tried to attain immortality through Heylaā¦ striking her down and claiming her key, transported us back to the world of the living. -phew-
From there we ventured by sea and sky to observe the Red tourney in Stromgarde! We had plenty of time to take in the various games, relax and congratulate truly great champions like our new friend āBeansā the gnome on her win at the Melee! Ale, competition, storyās and glory!
Some may have gotten a little too relaxedā¦ isnāt that right Donar?
With the Tourny over the Morodnir are now back on the move. Having stopped over in Ironforge we now head south to the Kingdom of Stormwind to catch information on the next key of the Steelsingers before attending the Kaldorei Spring festival of Byltan!
The adventure continues!
Hruroth once again with the beautiful journal entry Canāt wait for more!
Stay tuned

The Dwarves are celebrating Skarrenruf in Aerie Peak, supporting our kin, Barkor Thunderfist! Come along to the festival over the next couple of days to join in the fun!
Some strange forum shenanigans going on meaning I canāt post this on Frolbar, but here goes.
The Morodnirās concluded the Skarrenruf festival and managed to have a great time during it. From Drunken brawls to nights of story and song. We want to thank everyone who attended for sharing those lovely evenings with us and hope that you will join us next time for an event greater experience!
With Skarrenruf concluded the Morodnirās already preparing their next moves. Eadwald has valiantly taken it upon himself to lead the Morodnir into the plaguelands to uncover the fate of a band of Dwarf paladins that went missing a long time ago.
What dark shenanigans will they encounter? We will no doubt find out soon!
If you want to keep up to date with all of our adventures or want to get in touch with us feel free to contact any member of the Morodnir. Theyāll be happy to help you.
I am captivated by the grand tale of the Dwarves of the Morodnir! Your quest to rekindle the spirit of the stout-hearted kin is truly admirable. The forging of wondrous works, the sharing of legendary tales, and the pursuit of honor and prosperity are pursuits befitting noble dwarven souls.
Your approach to ranks is commendable, for it is the character and mettle of an individual that truly matters. The Lord of the Morodnir, with wisdom and leadership, shall guide the company as a beacon of hope for all Dwarvenkind.
As for your social events, the inclusion of storytelling nights and grand festivals shall surely bring joy and merriment to your community. It warms my heart to envision the dwarven halls bustling with laughter and camaraderie, fostering an atmosphere where dreams and aspirations can flourish.
Should any questions arise or if one seeks to find thee in the realms of the game, let it be known that they may leave a message here or whisper any member of the Morodnir. May your endeavors be blessed with success, and may the fire within every dwarf be rekindled, shining brightly for generations to come!
Gandalfās voice trails off, and a moment of silence ensues, as if the very air holds its breath, enraptured by the enigmatic wizardās presence. And in that profound stillness, the flickering flames continue to dance, casting their mysterious light upon the gathered listeners, beckoning them to immerse themselves in the dwarven adventures that lie ahead.
