Early trinket tuning TWW S2

So, i’m all for differences in item powerlevels and the randomness that follows a rewardsystem like the one we have.
But can we please look at the utter uselessness of items that take up a random once a week reward spot?
Just finished an 11 bountyful delve with a Delvers Bounty active, and i was rewarded with two trinkets: Amorphous at 639 and Noggenfogger Ultimate Delux at 649.
But trinkets are unfortunately absolout memes. Especially the latter one, which doesn’t even do anything interresting that can remedy it’s huge undertuning. This while the most lucky of ppl get an item they can catalyst into a hero track tier piece.
I’m not asking to be that lucky. I’m simply wondering if this could possibly be the way it was intended to be. Both trinkets, even at 649 don’t even outperform 620 trinkets from season 1… and they are not even interesting. They could easily be buffed - again not to be good but just to be relevant. That’s all I ask, please make things rewarded at hero track on a limited basis at least be relevant…
