hey i want to ask before i might make a mistake. okay so i have a lvlv 70 boost and i unlocked my new earthen and im wondering if i lvl boost them will i still get the armour or i should lvl up?

Not sure about a boost, but I can confirm a race change at 70 gives the Heritage Armor.
*edit lvl boost works! i got the heritage armour but if you want the start armour mogs, u will have to complete the into quests.

I dont think the heritage armor is a big improvement on the starter zone rewards.
The stuff they give you is totally awesome!

Of all the Earthen Sets, their best looking is the set Peacekeepers wear in Dornogal … no idea if players can get it.
Do you gyus know how to unlock the other earthen armor pieces you get in the earthen starting area? They are in the transmog tab, but for some reason they haven’t been unlocked for me. 
There is one last quest that involves Chromie. I had the same problem this morning, I forgot to do that last quest because I wanted to continue with my level 70 Earthen and was wondering why I couldn’t use the sets. This quests unlocks ALL the looks at once.
