What currently is the easiest class to level and get raid “ready”.
I am assuming all classes have a few bis runes that have the player travel all across the world. Is there any classes that have it easier than others though?

I find resto/balance druid insanely easy to learn and prepare for raids

I would say priest. Seems shadow priest is good dps and with dusl spec available at 40lvl you can also spec to holy and be the best healer.
hunter imo. you can backpeddle, auto attk send pet in and still do well
priest and rogue for sure. with priest and rogue i had almost no downtime killing mobs while leveling.

dont know What you are on brother. Without the xp buff rogue leveling before lvl 20 before deadly brew. Rogue leveling wos A pain

Hunter or rogue, I’d say. Though I’d say only for solo content. Finding groups for anything with either could be a bit tricky, unless you are willing to create the grps yourself. In phase2 whenever I would create a raid or dungeon group from any of my 5 characters I would get mega spammed by rogues, hunters, warriors and shamans.
you’re right i leveled a hunter and a mage as an alt to 40, and it was a joke compared to rogue, really easy but also kinda boring.

Boomie use to be BY FAR the easiest. Then the Starsurge nerf hit, which made it do low dmg. And to get the bird proper going you need lvl 30 and 2 big runes. After that you have the runes and enough talents to speed up the chicken and go on a rampage.
But until that point…
I would not recommend rogue even though they are easy to level and dungeon chill. When it comes to raiding everyone will check logs and to perform well as a rogue their rotation and requirement to be reactive doesn’t really pay off well with beginners.
my guild doesnt. we play for fun and prefer life over pixels. and we probably not the only one. if i want to i can go raid as swordsman rogue with sub talents if thats what is fun for me even if combat is better swordsman.
warrior is easiest. All you have to do is use your direction keys towards your corpse.

Well fair enough , issue is that you need every damage you can Get. And your are nerfing yourself hard by going swords. Wont be viable before next phase. Since mutilate is broken atm vs the alternatives.
I want to help my raid by doing What i can . Not dying and do most dmg that my class is capable off.
You want have fun in the raid if the diffuculty is 10 times Harder then gnome Even after nerf
BM hunter will likely always be the easiest to level, the rotation is still quite simple as well iirc so you don’t have to take much time to learn it. Most of the runes up to p3 were quite easy to get solo as well, some just required a lot of traveling. Can’t say about the p3 ones though, haven’t touched my hunter since p2.
warlocks and rogues require many macros to be optimised. resto druid needs maybe 1 macro for nature swiftness. balance druid has probably 0 macros
If you think they require lots of macros, you should try playing a warrior without having autoattack set on almost every skill
