Eastern Europe players having lag/disconnects problems

Dear Blizzard,

Since 10:00 all of my friends from Eastern Europe cant play normally. Constant lags in main cities and disconnects.

It is going for now 5 and half hours?? can we get some feedback what is going on. Also we have holiday here and we cant play at all.

Yeah,i thought it was only me,even called the internet provider,they said on their part everything is working as intended.
