Using Ebonbolt shatter combo from a greater distance makes it Consume a Winters chill proc after, please fix

I’m not sure this is a bug - it’s just a slight timing thing. Each “tick” of flurry renews the stacks. If you are too far away, you can wait 0.1-0.2 seconds to cast flurry after Ebonbolt and it will act similarly to how you expect.
