Before the progress race, the guilds give daggers to the rogue twins. Sub rogues will be op with daggers?

I have no idea what the reason is. It will be the highest ilvl they can equip from the previous tier. Loot from Sylv drops at 259 ilvl on Mythic difficulty.

Sylvanas Daggers does more DPS than any other weapon in the new raid (even 278 weapons) for rogues so they’re just trying to secure as much DPS as possible.

The effect is quite unique. It does extra damage per combo point used and sub rogues use a lot of combo points.

The itemlevel (and weapon dps) of the offhand don’t matter too much, so most rogues will likely keep that sylvanas dagger for quite a while.

That said I don’t think sub rogues will be op with the daggers. Atleast they won’t be anymore than they would be now. The daggers didn’t get stronger in 9.2 all of a sudden. They were always strong, so strong that they’ll likely still be used.

Let them. But remember when you play the game yourself, play the way you want to.

Why are they clowns?
At this moment those daggers are still BiS for Sub, so until (if they do) Blizzard nerf them, they will still be worth farming.

a clown is a clown, and clowns are clowns, anyone playing wow at all is a clown. i guess that includes me. wow is after all a game for clowns.

The Daggers are BiS for Sub in the OH until the next expansion. Main hand only gets replaced by a Mythic Dagger and even then its not by much.

It also beats anything you can get in SotFO outside of a mythic MH dagger (which is only better by a little bit)

Not a while. Mythic Sylv dagger is BiS in the OH.

We are still one of the highest simmers. And the top dogs like fury and enha are bound to get nerfed.

Mythic MH sotfa dagger is still superior. You can use an mythic dagger in the OH instead of sylv even if its not bis as well. They most likely wont nerf them given what we have seen in SoD in regards of items from Nathria.
