Edit Mode cant move quest-box?

I alwasy dislike when talk NPC and open quest box/window on left corner.
Wanted it move at right corner . I can feel comfortable read

I tried look edit mode and dont find. Need use addon?

You need an addon to be able to move that window.

There’s many addons that can do that but personally I use this one:

I’ve never understood why frames are not draggable by default, especially after the new UI overhaul.
