I first thought it had to do with addon or something, but now I have tried without any addons. I can change the layout just fine and save it, but when I log back in later, the layout is partly distorted, things like an actionbar in the wrong side of the screen and so. Not all wrong, but some. When I then go to editmode and switch away from my saved layout and back again, it is instantly right? Anyone else have similar issues?

I have the same issue on my warlocks.
When I log in the castbar is over the chat window, enter ng and leaving edit mode without altering anything resets it to the chosen position at the middle of the screen.
Since I only ever have the issue on my locks, I can only assume that there´s something specific about their (shared) layout that causes this.
It´s not game breaking by any stretch, as it´s literally under a second of effort to restore it even mid fight, but it is most certainly somewhat annoying… 
Happened to me on a small screen (notebook). Apparently, Blizzard’s UI is not very responsive. (I also turned off addons.)
i had this problem with bartender addon .removing it and then resetting the blizzard ui fixed it for me . i also reset cvar by following advsnced troubleshoot in this article .
Thank you for the tip/link, but thats not it. It doesnt change the error regarding editmode saved settings, its exactly like before I did the reset at described.
