Elation on EU-Twisting Nether consists of a long standing group of friends who’ve been playing together for a very long time (since WotLK). We’ve had a rough confrontation with Sylvanas, ending 9.1 with 9/10M and ended Sepulcher of the First Ones on 7/11M.We took a break during S4.
For Dragonflight our aim is to build a team in a sustainable way, building up to our goal of CE.
We are looking for a couple more core raiders to plug in a few holes in our roster so we can continue onwards in our stable progress towards Cutting Edge.
Currently looking for:
** 1 healer (not druid, shaman or pala)**
** 1 tank who does not mind playing OS.**
** 1 rogue**
** 2 warriors**
** Open to any ranged DPS.**
Obviously, all exceptional applicants will be considered so don’t be discouraged by the classes we mentioned above, just get in touch!
What do we offer and what do we expect from you?
A relaxed guild environment with a solid, reliable yet friendly raid team. Our guild’s founding members and officers are extremely experienced. Between us, we have cleared the vast majority of all raids dating back to Vanilla.
We offer a lot of opportunities, with very few obligations. Whilst being a fairly casual raiding guild, we DO have a strong motivation to clear the hardest difficulty in the current content; and to accomplish that, we raid 2 times per week (6 hours total) and expect determination, full focus and commitment from all of our members on those raid nights. We show much understanding for personal situations but we do however expect a near perfect attendance. We keep a small core of reliable players, rather than a large team on standby. That means you won’t be benched very often but it also means we count on you to be present and prepared for every single raid.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards loot drama and toxicity. We want to promote a guild that plays primarily for FUN, and we take raiding as a means to do so. We treat everyone with equal respect, regardless of rank.
We raid on:
Wednesday - 8:15pm to 11:15pm and Thursday - 8:15pm to 11:15pm (All in server time)
What we expect from you:
Be social! Communicate, have a laugh on Discord together, get used to our horrible sense of humour.
Show up for raids
Be skilled, prepared and competitive.
Know how to play your class, keep on top of your game through recent developments
Show plenty of raid awareness
Prepare for new encounters thoroughly.
Put the guild before yourself (having a solid offspec, sitting out when asked and needed)
Be patient and don't get frustrated after 5 wipes. Keep giving it your best effort, no matter what.
Don't be a special snowflake. Be respectful to guild members even if you disagree with their point of view.
