hey, im randomly having this constant sound bug. Sounds like electric/storm thingy. I found a thread that describes what im having but the solution in this thread doesnt work for me.
I did scan and repair and this fixes it for a bit but it randomly appears again. Im literally in Dornogal doing nothing and there it is.
What can I do? This is incredibly annoying to deal with.
