We raid up to Heroic with an aim to get it on farm each patch, we raid on Thurs 8pm - 11pm server time and if you need to miss thats no issue, but we don’t just have giant raids of 30 people, we keep the number smaller so people can get to know each other while raiding and have a laugh.
