Elite aspirant PvP set

Hello! There was 6 new sets announced in in 8.1.

For the hunters:
1.) Golden + violet set drops from Warfront. Elite version drops from first Warfront battle chest and from world boss on Darkshores.
2.) Golden + blue set drops from arena. Elite version opens on 1800 rating.
3.) Brown + violet set drops from not rated battlegrounds. But Elite version? Have no Idea how to get elite version.

-any one knows maybe how to get this set?

Why for Blizzard have paid money to Designers to draw such cool set, if that set is not in the game in the end?
