I am at 1600 rating cant find it anywhere , do i need higher rating?

This means you took elite shoulders from the season achievement

1,8k awards helm and shoulder but you can also possibly get 2 chars of the same class to 1600 and get head/shoulders from the vendor after unlocking the achievement.

Exactly!

You have 2 options:

  • push to 1.8CR with this character, then you unlock everything
  • push to 1.6CR with yet another character of the same class (if you have it) and get the head piece from the vendor

Make another mage and hit 1600 to get the other last piece :slight_smile:

This is somewhat same what i got as mental image of the head and shoulders too but i didnt dare say nothing in fear of being reported again :sob: :rofl:
